Stand Up Paddle (SUP), or Paddle SUP is a discipline from Hawaii and consists of paddling standing up on a surfboard adapted for this purpose.
It is therefore a sport that combines rowing and surfing, and that every day has more followers.
It can be practiced by all members of the family and in any water surface and practically at any time of the year.
You do not need too much experience to get started in this activity, being the bay of Portocolom an ideal place to practice it.
